Project Overview
SysComm successfully managed the start-up of a US$20 million brown field facility, incorporating 1,530m2 of ISO 7/8 areas, and associated facilities at the Mylan facility, Baldoyle, Dublin. This project was completed in 2 distinct phases, Phase-1 and Phase-2; SysComm was involved in both phases.
In Phase-1, SysComm was accountable for the development of the Project’s C&Q Strategy and its C&Q Project Execution Plans for Utilities, Equipment, Software and HVAC systems, SysComm adopted a lean qualification approach, in-line with the Client’s overall C&Q Strategy and generated key Project compliance documentation, C&Q documentation and templates to support this approach and ensure regulatory compliance.
In Phase-2 SysComm provided the C&Q team and generated BMS/EMS specifications; generated and executed the BMS/EMS, Facility, Utility and HVAC Commissioning Protocols; commissioned all Black Utility systems, and; commissioned & qualified the Purified Water and HVAC systems.
SysComm also co-ordinated of all Project Engineering Change Management on Phase-2, and generated and executed the integrated EMS/BMS systems test protocol which enabled the integration of the Phase-2 systems into the existing facility.
SysComm’s efforts on this project ensured that Project was successfully delivered to the Client on-budget and within its aggressive project schedule.
